Taco Joe's Catering FAQ

How many people can you cater for?
We do events from about 25 people up to 300. If you're outside that range, call and ask — depends on the event.
Do you cater outside Bakersfield?
Yes. We cover Bakersfield and the surrounding areas, including Tehachapi, Wasco, Delano, Shafter, Taft, and more.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least two weeks out. Bigger events or busy season, earlier is better.
How is catering priced?
Per person, plus travel and time for your event. Pricing does increase, the later you want us to serve. You'll get a straight, simple estimate before you book — no guessing.
Who's actually working my event?
Our own staff — the same crew you see at the truck. We don't outsource or bring in outside help.
Can I pick what's served?
Yes. We work out the menu with you ahead of time, and it's part of what sets the price — the bigger and more involved the spread, the higher the cost.
